I am not good with computers. Can I still do this?
Yes. We ask one plain question at a time, such as your tenant's name and how much rent is owed. There are no legal forms for you to fill out yourself. When you finish, you download the kit and print it.
How fast do I get my documents?
Right away. Your download link appears on the same page as soon as your payment goes through.
What if my document does not look right?
Once in a while a document does not come together correctly on our end. That does not mean the information you entered was wrong. Send us the document you received through our document problem form and we will look at it and reply within one business day.
What if I typed something wrong?
The notice uses your answers exactly as you entered them, so please check names, the address, and the rent amount before you pay. You will see your answers before checkout.
Can I get a refund?
No. Because the kit is a digital product delivered immediately, all sales are final.
Do you serve the notice for me?
